Virtual Samples

Virtual sample illustrations are provided free of charge on this website.

Product Samples

We will endeavour to provide free product samples to ensure the right product choices prior to orders being placed. Depending on the size and quantity of the samples requested we reserve the right to charge for samples.
Preproduction samples are also available - prices vary depending upon the product.

Artwork Requirements

In order to assure a high quality finished product, we ask that you send us the highest quality artwork available. Vector artwork is preferred. We also accept high quality JPGs and PDFs. If vector format artwork is required for your product, there may be an additional charge.

Ordering

To expedite production, please send us the artwork with your purchase order.
We consider an order confirmed when we receive your artwork and purchase order.

Order Acknowledgement

You will then receive an order acknowledgement by email which will confirm all of the details relating to your order. We will require you to check the details and contact us if you find any mistakes.

Artwork Proof

Once you have received your order acknowledgement, please forward your artwork. We will then email you a proof. Please sign and return the proof approval form as soon as possible so that the order can be sent for production, providing we have received payment as detailed below.

Payment

Payment is required before any order is processed and we will issue a VAT invoice on receipt of your signed proof approval form, for immediate payment by bank transfer (BACS). If you prefer you are welcome to pay by credit/debit card, but will incur a 3% convenience charge added to the total amount of the order.
